Welcome to the Nursing Premier League (NPL). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the NPL website, participation in NPL tournaments and events, and interaction with our services and official platforms.
By accessing our website or registering for, participating in, or attending an NPL event, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
1. About Nursing Premier League
Nursing Premier League (NPL) is a cricket league created to provide nurses and healthcare professionals with an organized platform to participate in cricket, sports activities, teamwork, and community engagement.
NPL reserves the right to modify, postpone, reschedule, or cancel any match, event, or tournament when necessary.
2. Eligibility
Participation in NPL tournaments is subject to the eligibility requirements announced for each season.
Participants may be required to provide accurate information and supporting documents for verification.
NPL reserves the right to:
Verify player and team information
Reject an application that does not meet eligibility requirements
Disqualify players or teams providing false information
Request additional documentation when necessary
3. Registration
Players and teams are responsible for providing accurate and complete registration information.
Submitting a registration form does not automatically guarantee acceptance or participation.
NPL may review applications and confirm participation based on tournament rules, available slots, eligibility, and other applicable requirements.
4. Player & Team Responsibilities
All players, team officials, and participating institutions are expected to:
Follow NPL rules and regulations
Respect officials, organizers, opponents, and spectators
Maintain professional and sportsmanlike behavior
Follow venue rules and safety instructions
Provide accurate information
Follow match schedules and reporting times
Respect decisions made by authorized match officials
Any player or team engaging in misconduct may face warnings, penalties, suspension, or disqualification.
5. Match Rules
Matches will be conducted according to the official NPL playing regulations announced for the relevant season.
NPL organizers and authorized officials may make decisions regarding:
Match scheduling
Playing conditions
Player eligibility
Match interruptions
Disciplinary matters
Technical issues
Match results
Decisions made by authorized NPL officials in accordance with tournament regulations shall be respected by participating teams and players.
6. Code of Conduct
NPL promotes respect, professionalism, teamwork, and fair play.
The following behavior may result in disciplinary action:
Physical violence or threats
Abusive or offensive language
Harassment or discrimination
Deliberate damage to property
Cheating or fraudulent activity
Misrepresentation of player identity
Unsportsmanlike conduct
Disrespect toward officials or other participants
Any conduct that negatively affects the reputation or safety of NPL
Serious violations may result in immediate suspension or disqualification.
7. Player Substitution & Eligibility
Player substitutions, replacements, and transfers, where permitted, must comply with the rules announced for the relevant NPL season.
NPL reserves the right to investigate eligibility concerns and take appropriate action if a player is found to have violated tournament rules.
8. Fees and Payments
Where applicable, registration fees, participation fees, sponsorship payments, or other charges must be paid according to the deadlines and payment instructions communicated by NPL.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees may be non-refundable once registration or tournament participation has been confirmed.
NPL reserves the right to change applicable fees or payment requirements before registration confirmation.
9. Cancellation & Rescheduling
NPL may postpone, reschedule, relocate, or cancel matches or events due to circumstances including:
Weather conditions
Venue availability
Safety concerns
Government restrictions
Technical problems
Force majeure events
Other circumstances beyond NPL’s reasonable control
NPL will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes to participating teams and players.
10. Photography, Video & Media
NPL matches and events may be photographed, recorded, livestreamed, or otherwise documented.
By participating in or attending an NPL event, you acknowledge that your image, voice, name, or performance may appear in:
NPL social media posts
Match highlights
Photography
Videos
Interviews
Promotional campaigns
Website content
Advertising materials
Tournament documentaries or recaps
Participants should contact NPL if they have concerns regarding specific media usage.
11. Intellectual Property
All NPL branding, logos, graphics, photographs, videos, written content, tournament materials, designs, and other original content produced or authorized by NPL are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially use NPL materials without prior written permission.
Team logos, photographs, names, and other materials submitted by participating teams remain the property of their respective owners, while participants grant NPL permission to use submitted materials for legitimate tournament, promotional, and administrative purposes.
12. Website Use
Users agree not to:
Use the website for unlawful purposes
Submit false or misleading information
Attempt unauthorized access to the website or its systems
Upload malicious software or harmful content
Interfere with website functionality
Copy or misuse website content without permission
NPL reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to users who violate these Terms.

NPL does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, policies, or practices of third-party websites.

NPL does not guarantee that the website will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.
Tournament schedules, statistics, venues, teams, and other information may be updated when necessary.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, NPL and its organizers, staff, volunteers, partners, and representatives shall not be responsible for losses, damages, injuries, or claims arising from participation in NPL activities except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Participants are responsible for taking reasonable precautions and following all safety instructions during NPL activities.
16. Disciplinary Action
NPL reserves the right to take disciplinary action against players, teams, officials, or other participants who violate these Terms & Conditions or applicable tournament rules.
Disciplinary actions may include:
Verbal or written warning
Fine or penalty
Match suspension
Player suspension
Team suspension
Disqualification
Removal from an NPL event
Ban from future NPL activities
The severity of the action will depend on the nature of the violation.
17. Changes to These Terms
NPL may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Changes will become effective when the updated Terms & Conditions are published on the NPL website unless otherwise stated.
Participants are responsible for reviewing the latest version before participating in NPL activities.
18. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the applicable laws of Pakistan.
Any disputes shall be handled through the appropriate legal or dispute-resolution process applicable to the circumstances.
